At Sublime, we are committed to providing exceptional service and results tailored to each guest. Due to the customized nature of hair services, results may vary based on hair history, integrity, and previous treatments.

 

If you have any questions or concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of your appointment.

 

We are happy to offer complimentary adjustments when requested within this timeframe. Adjustments must be scheduled and completed in-salon to ensure the best outcome while maintaining the integrity of your hair.

 

Refunds are not offered on any salon services.

HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES

 

Hair extension services require a 50% deposit, which will be applied toward your total. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

Due to the custom ordering and installation process:

 

All extension sales and services are final. No refunds will be issued.

If there is a concern with the quality of the hair, we will gladly offer a replacement of the hair and reinstallation, when appropriate.

SALON PRODUCT RETURNS

 

For health and safety reasons, products may only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened and unused, within 7 days and with a receipt.

 

Opened or used products may be returned for store credit minus a 25% restocking fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

We kindly require 48 hours notice for all cancellations or reschedules.

 

Cancellations within 48 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service(s)

If the card on file cannot be charged, the balance must be settled before booking future appointments

A deposit may be required for future bookings

 

No-call/no-show appointments may not be eligible for rebooking

 

For extension or large color appointments:

 

Deposits are non-refundable

Late cancellations will result in the loss of deposit

A new deposit will be required to rebook.
