SALON SERVICES

We here at Sublime pledge to do our best and provide you with exceptional service, every time.

If you have any questions or concerns about the service you have received, please contact us within two days of your appointment.

​

We will make every effort to adjust your hair as needed, but require you to return within two days time to do so. We appreciate your understanding.

SALON PRODUCT RETURN

For health & safety reasons, our products can only be returned for a full refund if they are unopened & unused, within 7 days with receipt of purchase.

If the product is opened or used, a 25% restocking fee will be charged and you will be given store credit for the remaining amount.

We understand that getting the right products for your hair care is important and will do our best to help you find one that works for you.

CANCELLATION POLICY

At Sublime, we require that you give your stylist 48 hours notice before any reschedules, or cancellations. This respectfully allows the stylist to fill in a void in their schedule. If cancelled less than 48 hours notice you will be automatically charged 50% of services booked. If for any reason the card on file cannot be charged, you will need to settle the fees and pay a deposit to book a future appointment, with the stylists approval. No-Show appointments will not be allowed to rebook. In addition, if an extension or large color correction appointment is cancelled less than 48 hours notice, 

HAIR EXTENSION SERVICES

Hair Extension bookings require a 50% deposit of the total price. These prices vary based on desired look, stylists level & density. All deposits are non-refundable.

 

**After installation of extensions ALL SALES ARE FINAL we do not offer refunds. I there are any issues with the quality of hair we will offer complimentary replacement hair & re-install.  In addition, if extension or large color correction appointments are cancelled less than 48 hours notice, your deposit will be retained and a NEW deposit will be required to book a future appointment.
